Can Logo Design be a passion?

Can logo design be a passion? My answer is ‘yes’ with few thoughts
I just realized that in last couple of years, I have designed logos for more than 43 conceptual brands and clients. 90% of them have thought, design, inspiration, communication, excitement, color, information, business and brand recall value in them. Rest are casual and light.
I follow a serious design procedure for clients unless its a casual or conceptual brand idea I get in a flash. The usual design process includes:
- Writing thoughts,
- Conceptualize and sketch about 4-5 variations,
- Build a computer version, mostly on Adobe Illustrator,
- Color variation
- Release couple of logo concepts
- Review with the client
- Couple of revisions after client review
- Release final high resolution formats for Print, Web and Mobile version
So there is lot of effort involved and it has to be something a person likes to do. I developed this as hobby, passion, creative culture and I will continue to do more every time I get an opportunity.
I have about 10-15 good brand and business thoughts that I can share and partner with serious entrepreneurs. Couple of areas where the logos can be branded are Social Media, Design Firms, Retail, Blogs

Working on a project where we are conceptualizing a iPhone App. I just completed wireframe for the iPhone App and seems to looking good. Lets see what the client says

Exploring Sencha touch and JQTouch for an iPhone app. Looks pretty interesting and I am excited about the project. Started on the wireframe design and looking at jumping into design and development very soon.

Exploring iPhone Development

Exploring and reading through iPhone Application development platforms recently… came across few active organizations.
JQTouch, Sencha, iWebkit, iUI seem to be major players in the webApp domain.
Titanium seems to be promising but did not explore much into it.

Yahoo! Video chat over 3G. No need to depend on wifi like FaceTime. Tried it and works like a apple

Why is Apple good

I know its a never ending list of how Apple made its name in the world…
I just experienced couple of customer service excellence in last few months. Its not new that Apple treats customers very well… unless I read very few guys cribbing about their service (which is inevitable)
My experiences..
1. Received iPhone 4 couple of days before the official release. I know its also a delivery balancing technique, but they made few customers very happy by delivering on or before time.
2. Got a AppleCare Protection Plan for MacbookPro and they were very patient and helpful
3. Ordered for a iPhone bumper and it was not delivered the first time and all I had to do after a month is to let them know I haven’t received it and they resend one during the same 6 minutes call
4. Now the new bumper was estimated to reach on 19th and it was delivered on 14th. Probably they set a max expectation+buffer time… I dont care… as a customer I only care that they exceeded expectation.
